Games still look great running at 1440p, with HDR and an improved framerate offering a more noticeable benefit than going higher than this resolution.
In practice I’ve found 4K to be more of a “nice to have”. To play the game at 1080p or 1440p, an Xbox Series S will be sufficient. This means that if you want to play Panzer Dragoon Orta in 4K, you’ll need to get either an Xbox One X or Xbox Series X.

If you have an Xbox One X it will run at 4K/60fps, making this the definitive way to play the game. You can also play the game via a disc or digital purchase on any Xbox One console. The Xbox 360 is backward compatible with the disc and since the game breaking bug was patched in 2018 it should be fully playable on the second Xbox console.
